Innovation 80 encourages and funds innovative programs that use the arts to engage and support underserved populations in Chicago. We act as a catalyst to foster arts-based programs that build life skills, including self-confidence, creativity, teamwork and persistence.

In 2023, Innovation 80 launched CoGen, an initiative to connect generations through the arts. CoGen projects encourage younger and older participants in underserved communities to generate art together, fostering meaningful relationships that can be sustaining for communities and potentially transformative for individual participants.
